**Our Opportunity**
The Data Management team at Reconocida Empresa is responsible for defining the data management strategy and setting up and expanding the strategic Business Intelligence and Analytics landscape. We are a young and motivated team looking for active support in the further development of the existing data platform.
**Your Role**
As a Junior Data Management Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Supporting the release and deployment processes.
- Developing, validating, and documenting design concepts and target solution architecture.
- Supporting the further development of architecture and development standards.
- Executing database queries and analyses in the context of support or ad-hoc inquiries.
- Maintaining and supporting the developed solutions and documentation (DevOps, 3rd level).
- Helping to diagnose incidents and contribute to the solution.
- Within a project, taking direction from more senior architects and performing or executing given assignments under supervision.
- Implementing solutions to automate business processes and activities.
**Additional Tasks**
You will also support the analysis of technical requirements and user acceptance tests, ensuring a clean handover to operations. Additionally, you will support test execution and the preparation of solution design documents, presentations, and other materials using established formats and standard software and templates.
**Your Skills and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Very good knowledge of English (German would be a plus).
- An open, communicative, and assertive personality.
- Experience in data quality management and knowledge of data modeling (3NF, Star Schema) would be a plus.
