- Identify limitations and solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Design and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis.
- Monitor and analyze information systems to discover ways of enhancing them.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data quality.
- Proven understanding of data administration and management functions.
- Familiarity with modern databases and IT systems, including CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
