About the Role

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at ING. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SRE practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of our platform.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align SRE objectives with business goals.
  • Improve service reliability through blameless post-incident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem reoccurrence.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
  • Solid knowledge in Linux, system monitoring, Infrastructure-as-a-Service and configuration management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems using high- and low-level debugging tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge in Ansible, Docker, Azure DevOps, and cloud computing and container orchestration.
