- Design Execution: Use your creativity and diverse range of design experience to explore solutions to complex problems. Develop and execute design concepts, artifacts, and experience prototypes that meet client needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring integrated and holistic value to our clients. Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders through various channels.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a design strategist and service designer within consultancy firms.
- Education: University degree in design-related careers (Industrial design, graphic design, etc.) with specialization or a master's in service/strategic design/innovation.
- Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Spanish, storytelling, pitch development, and visualization communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Curiosity, passion for learning, humbleness, and ambition for growth. Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter in a demanding environment.
- Methodologies and Tools: Familiarity with design thinking principles, collaborative methodologies (agile, etc.), and user research, ethnography, and discovery methods.
- Business Acumen: Basic financial skills and knowledge of business modeling methodologies and tools (Lean startup, business canvas, etc.).
- Digital Experience: Knowledge of digital experience and digital tools.
