Job Title: Procurement Representative

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Procurement Representative to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sourcing strategy and ensuring the best possible Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our assigned spend.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve reliability, reduce complexity, and shorten lead times.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and technical opportunities.
  • Apply the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) process and tools to build and reinforce a best-in-class supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure action plans and project milestones are met.
  • Develop business continuity plans and risk assessments to mitigate supply disruptions.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge of respective categories, competition, and innovations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business, or Management fields.
  • Academic qualification in Sourcing and/or Negotiation is a plus.
  • Technical know-how on plastic and metal parts production is a plus.
  • Fluent English level is a must; another European language is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in International Sourcing, supply chain, or project management is a plus.
