Export Control Specialist

As an Export Control Specialist at Airbus Defense and Space, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with export control regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Export Control team to define, update, and enforce the end-to-end export control process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Export Control team to develop and implement export control policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development of export control documentation, including licenses and permits.
- Contribute to the monitoring and updating of the list of products, documentation, equipment, components, and/or parts subject to export authorization.
- Support the preparation of export control documentation to obtain timely clearance for export.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to issue internal directives for export-compliant processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in international trade, law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, with negotiation-level skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
