Export Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Control Specialist to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a key member of our Export Control team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable export control regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Export Control team to define, update, and enforce the end-to-end export control process.
- Participate in Transport and Mission programmes, including A330-MRTT, C295, CN235, and C212 aircraft, as well as In-Service Support activities.
- Improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, and other initiatives.
- Support the preparation of export control documentation to ensure timely clearance for export.
- Contribute to the monitoring and updating of the list of products, documentation, equipment, components, and/or parts subject to export authorization.
- Collaborate in issuing internal directives for export-compliant processes, such as procurement, IT, and foreign nationals.
- Degree in international trade, law, or a related field.
- English language proficiency at negotiation level.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Skills valued: keen to work on digitalization projects, analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit, and great collaboration skills.
