About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Brand Manager to elevate our leading brands to new heights in dynamic markets worldwide. As a key player in our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to implement strategies that resonate on a global stage, bringing our brands to life both online and in stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the overall category strategy and drive the growth of assigned brands through excellent marketing execution.
  • Manage a brand within the context of agreed strategies to maximize long-term sales and profitability.
  • Develop, recommend, and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
  • Contribute to the development of category strategies, focusing on media, campaigns, and momentum preparation and execution.
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long-term brand growth.
Requirements
  • 3 years of marketing experience in an FMCG environment, with outstanding marketing skills and potential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team, focused on results, independent, collaborative, and responsible.
  • Committed person, dynamic, decisive, organized, flexible, proactive, and multitasking.
  • Good stress management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Open attitude, enthusiastic, and with high motivation.
