Key Responsibilities- Contract Management Support: Provide contract management support to our sales and marketing teams, as well as the project management office, to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
- Contract Leadership: Lead contract management activities for assigned portfolios or projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, including payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, and provisions.
- Commercial Strategy Development: Develop contract management strategy considering policies, customer requirements, consortium partner interfaces, and overall execution strategy, identifying contract baselines and assessing areas of opportunity and risk.
- Risk Management: Oversee the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects within contract portfolios/subcontracts, identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities.
- Tender Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team during the tender stage to ensure that legal terms and conditions are fully aligned with company guidelines and policies.
- Risk Assessment: Collaborate with the marketing and sales team during the risk assessment process for new proposals, following defined processes and tools to ensure timely internal approvals.
- Contract Performance Monitoring: Verify that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations and assess the contract's success, identifying lessons learned for future contracting.
- Communication and Documentation: Document and communicate deficiencies, changes, and claims, establishing and enforcing standard methodologies.
- Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with HE Legal on negotiation strategies, dispute resolution, and settlement agreements drafting, highlighting potential opportunity and risk and ensuring settlement terms protect company interests.
