About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced technical leader to guide our team of software developers. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, defining and implementing quality improvement measures, and empowering them to grow within the company.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of software developers, where you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the team's growth and development. You will also have the opportunity to work on customer projects, collaborating with a project team based in Barcelona and Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach software developers to improve their skills and performance
  • Define and implement quality improvement measures to enhance the team's productivity and efficiency
  • Empower team members to grow and develop within the company
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality software solutions to customers
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Help achieve the growth objectives of the Barcelona team in a sustainable manner
Your Profile
  • Previous experience in team management, coaching, and training of software development teams
  • Solid background in software development and implementation of complex software solutions (at least 5 years)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, C#)
  • Knowledge of web technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, MAUI or Blazer as a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent level of English
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish work Visa
