Digital Product Manager/Owner

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager/Owner to join our dynamic team at Zurich Australian Insurance. This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Manager and a Product Owner, ensuring effective delivery of products within cross-functional teams.
Your Role:- Take on the responsibilities of a Product Owner, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and defining product requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Agile practices within the organization.
- Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with our business units to identify customer needs and business opportunities and close the business opportunities to sold engagements.
- Oversee the product development process from conception to launch.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including the implementation of changes or enhancements.
- Define, monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features based on business needs and market trends.
- Provide recommendations for budget allocation based on product performance and strategic priorities and monitor the product budget performance.
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making activities related to digital products.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital product management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile product management or product owner roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital products and technology.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and product development lifecycle.
- Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience in the Digital Payments Industry.
