The PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Scientist, Data and Statistical Science AI/ML Expert to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our Data and Statistical Science team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing AI/ML projects from business understanding to dissemination.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, as well as vendors, to optimize AI/ML technology, processes, and standards.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of AI/ML applications and best practices, as well as technical skills in working with clinical data.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify innovative ways to improve the efficiency, quality, and productivity of AI/ML activities and contribute to their implementation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Contribute to raising and maintaining awareness of best practices for reproducible data science, global regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Deliverables: Ensure timely and accurate completion of AI/ML deliverables and contribute to documents submitted to regulatory or pricing authorities.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications and best practices.
- Technical skills in working with clinical data.
- Experience in project management, change management, and risk management.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
