We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the creation of new digital initiatives, working closely with corporate teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain user stories for development, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Lead agile ceremonies and report project progress to senior management, highlighting any deviations from the plan.
- Take ownership of launched digital initiatives, providing progressive maintenance and user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user trainings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital project management functions.
- Experience with UX concepts and conducting customer journeys and user stories for feature development.
- High level of monitoring and organization, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience working with industrial companies is a plus.
