The Strategic Student Internship Program (SSIP) is our structured internship initiative at Siemens Software. You will receive mentorship and engage directly with clients to generate tangible business outcomes while gaining invaluable professional experience.
This program spans 12 months, providing opportunities to learn and contribute across various aspects of the software development lifecycle, with a focus on achievable projects that support your development and yield meaningful results.

Responsibilities in the Strategic Student Internship Program (SSIP)
This internship focuses on software development, emphasizing the design, implementation, and testing of code in various programming languages (C++, C#, Python) within a contemporary Agile framework. You will have the chance to learn and contribute across multiple areas of the software development process, with a focus on practical projects that enhance your skills and deliver valuable outcomes.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Python.
- Enjoys creative problem-solving and has a passion for coding.
- Strong visual problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A desire to collaborate in a supportive team environment.
- Eager to design and develop new, engaging code.
