HR Services International Team at Axpo

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic HR Services International Team at Axpo. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment, collaborating with colleagues across borders and contributing to the success of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding to offboarding, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Business Travel Support: Assist with tasks related to business trips for international employees to Switzerland, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and compliance with company policies.
  • HR System Updates: Update HR systems, including the registration of external employees, and maintain data integrity.
  • Project Participation: Participate in national and international HR projects, such as salary review processes, promotions, HR/IT system implementation, and HR process optimization, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • External Provider Engagement: Engage with external providers on HR administration topics for different countries, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • HR Document Management: Collaborate with HR Managers on various tasks, maintain HR document storage by uploading and updating essential documents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Studies in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures in a dynamic setting.
  • Time Management: Strong skills in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable to change with a willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
