About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global DevOps Engineer to join our Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the Digital Transformation of our organization, supporting the development of technical solutions and deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure using DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and synthesizing data about customer business and technical requirements and addressing them with technical architecture(s)
  • Understanding customer technical environments and mapping architecture/digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes
  • Supporting teams in building the DevOps development cycle and deploying/maintaining their infrastructure in Azure with technical expertise
  • Providing guidance and support with technical expertise to teams for building cloud infrastructure and developing features for cloud solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or similar areas of relevance
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Serverless solutions, preferably within the Azure ecosystem
  • Some affinity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps would be a plus)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or ARM Templates, as well as automation tools like Ansible
  • Knowledge of software development (C# would be a plus)
