If you are passionate about promoting a low-carbon future, this position may align with your aspirations. We are in search of a Buyer to oversee procurement operations for global clientele.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and expedite bids, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.
  • Compile a list of vendors for inquiries.
  • Review purchasing conditions and engage in preliminary negotiations with suppliers.
  • Distribute the bidder list for each Request for Quotation.
  • Prepare and send out the call for bids and ensure acknowledgment of bid receipt.
  • Generate the Bid Opening Form.
  • Assess commercial submissions and participate in bid clarification discussions.
  • Negotiate bids until the final proposal is reached.
  • Develop a Commercial Bid Tabulation.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure acknowledgment of orders.
  • Prepare amendments to orders as necessary.
  • Conduct final evaluations of suppliers to provide feedback regarding compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or International Trade.

Skills:

  • Negotiation, Procurement, SAP, or similar eTool proficiency.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in procurement, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
