Cloud Solution Architect

Microsoft is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Solution Architect to join our Global Customer Success organization. This pivotal role is customer-facing and encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, mainly focusing on migrations to the Azure platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the Azure infrastructure technical customer engagements, providing subject matter expertise, including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects, and/or pilots.
- Drive high-priority customer initiatives in collaboration with customers and in the Microsoft field.
- Act as a linchpin between field teams and the Global Customer Success organization, fostering collaboration across groups for the development of customer-ready content.
- Collaborate closely with the Product group to integrate the latest advancements.
- Implement technical strategies for customer success, driving upskilling initiatives, guiding field teams in technical execution, and actively contributing to IP creation.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure infrastructure and cloud migration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
