Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our business presence and ensuring the success of our events. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the seamless execution of events by providing essential information to clients and suppliers.
  • Overseeing business development initiatives to nurture existing corporate partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities while collaborating with marketing agencies to align campaign strategies.
  • Creating and managing public relations initiatives and maintaining relationships with media outlets.
  • Coordinating communications with our current suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Innovating and developing new experiential products.
  • Regularly updating our website to reflect current offerings.
  • Managing the creation and distribution of seasonal newsletters.
  • Implementing online marketing strategies, including search engine optimization and marketing.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian as a native language.
  • Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).
  • Background in economic-statistical or linguistic disciplines.
  • Willingness to relocate as needed.
  • Openness to international travel.
