Key Responsibilities- Lead technical project teams and manage technical risks during the tender and execution phases.
- Establish customer needs and seek alternative or low-cost technical solutions.
- Liaise with architects and experts to optimize and secure the overall design of customized solutions.
- Optimize and challenge contributors and quotation centers to be more competitive in bids.
- Propose the best split of scope between stakeholders.
- Ensure customer technical requirements are fulfilled in terms of performance, quality, costs, and time.
- Manage all technical aspects of complex solutions, including design, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead a technical team composed of customer project technical designers and engineers.
- At least 5 years of experience leading technical projects or 5 years as a Solution Application Engineer for large and international customer projects.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical field of expertise, such as Electrical Distribution or Energy Automation for data centers.
- Telecommunication and Networks technical skills at design level.
- Proven ability to lead with agility functional and remote technical teams with different fields of expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel 40% of the time internationally.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate personal needs and responsibilities.
