Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer onboarding and project onboarding with the wider project team
  • Implementing quality ERP customer solutions that reduce complexity and costs
  • Leading and participating in workshops to prioritize requirements and identify opportunities for customer success
  • Delivering approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
  • Working with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget
  • Post-go-live and existing customer engagements, including support for customer solution reviews and customer health checks
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
  • Excitement about technology-enabled change
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail

With your expertise, you will enable our customers and proactively support their journey to standardized solutions with a focus on adopting, not adapting. Some travel will be necessary based on customer requirements.
