Join Our Team as a Data Analyst - K-85

Welcome to the world of data-driven decision making at Jameda. As a Data Analyst - K-85, you will be part of a team that empowers businesses to make informed decisions based on data. Our primary objective is to assist businesses in making decisions based on data, with a particular emphasis on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Support the People Experience (HR) team with identifying opportunities and making intelligent, data-driven decisions;
  • Execute end-to-end data projects and be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders;
  • Leverage reporting, data analytics, data quality, and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests;
  • Co-create key definitions of KPIs, and ensure their global alignment.
What We Offer:
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights;
  • 2+ years of experience in the business/data/HR analysis area;
  • Experience in working with business-oriented teams, knowing how to adjust their way of explanation to the audience;
  • Experience in data management and visualization (experience in Tableau is a plus);
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research; can work with multiple sources of data;
  • Experience in leading and executing end-to-end data projects;
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
