Note: Candidates should ideally be based in Barcelona to qualify for this position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster and uphold a robust safety culture, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage contract nominations, delivery applications, and invoicing processes for the WE crushing plants and third-party warehouses.
- Oversee reconciliation of deliveries and stock levels for WE crushing plants and third-party warehouses.
- Input and control costs and accruals.
- Approve and post vendor invoices.
- Respond proactively to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct general administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-up on controls.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement and Business Development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Quality, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Analytical tools).
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
