Project Manager - Data Centre Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in Madrid. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising at a strategic level on project conception, including providing advice on approaches to achieve client objectives
  • Establishing success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
  • Planning and managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues
  • Establishing project governance, processes, and systems
  • Project planning, including production of detailed project plans
  • Advising on resource procurement and leading cross-functional project teams
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including KPIs
  • Managing change control and project finances
  • Ensuring project information flow between teams and clients
  • Producing formal project progress reports
