- Global Connectivity: Be accountable for the planning, delivery, and implementation of Cubic Telecom's global connectivity footprint, working closely with Mobile Network Operators, IPX, and Roaming Hubbing partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Mobile Network Operators, to scale roaming capabilities and drive business growth.
- Performance Management: Set OKRs and conduct performance management with the team to ensure alignment with company targets and objectives.
- Workload Management: Ensure the continuous flow of work through the team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet company targets.
- Vendor Management: Validate 3rd party solutions and vendors to ensure they are performant and cost-efficient, driving the success of geo-redundant connectivity solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of telecoms technologies, including IR21, IR85, VoLTE, 5GNR, 5GSA, HSS, PGW, STP, DRA, PCRF, GMSC, SMSC, and Kanban methodologies.
- Communication: Build internal relationships and maintain cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
