Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to lead and nurture a newly formed team. This position demands a proactive individual with a robust technical background in BMS programming, complemented by outstanding leadership capabilities and business insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and motivate fellow BMS Specialists, cultivating a collaborative and inventive workplace.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the maintenance, enhancement, and expansion of our global support services.
- Design and manage comprehensive BMS Standard Operating Procedures, policies, specifications, and processes that are scalable worldwide.
- Optimize BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics to enhance system performance.
- Oversee ticket and work order processes, ensuring high standards of customer care and quality.
- Analyze BMS data to identify opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a customer-focused approach.

Strategic Insights
- Provide management with insights and recommendations regarding BMS trends, improvements, challenges, team capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of BMS initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs, business goals, and operational requirements.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Work Environment
- Flexibility to work shifts to provide 24/7 support for BMS and its customers globally.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Extensive experience in BMS programming and automation within building controls or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of control signals and low voltage power systems.
- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot multiple communication protocols on a unified platform.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global project management and working with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in cloud-based IoT platforms and data visualization tools.
- Relevant certifications in programming languages or BMS systems.
- Strong customer relationship management skills and understanding of facility management.
