Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Local Writer to join our team at the Euro Weekly News, the largest community newspaper in Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting local news and events in the Torrevieja and surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and write engaging news articles and features
  • Conduct interviews with local residents and officials
  • Attend events and take photographs
  • Meet deadlines and work to a high standard
Requirements
  • Native English speaker
  • Ability to write well and to deadlines
  • Interest in current affairs and local issues
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Must be FULLY legal to work in Spain and live in Torrevieja or surrounding area
