Buscamos un Cocinero/a experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo en el restaurante Montauk Steakhouse de Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. Si eres apasionado por la hostelería y deseas formar parte de un proyecto innovador, este es tu oportunidad.

Responsabilidades:

El Cocinero/a será responsable de la preparación y presentación de platos de alta calidad, siguiendo las pautas indicadas por el Jefe/a de Cocina. Deberá participar en el control de aprovisionamiento, conservación y almacenamiento de mercancías, y colaborar en pedidos y conservación de materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina.

Funciones Principales:

  • Preparar y presentar platos de alta calidad, siguiendo las pautas indicadas por el Jefe/a de Cocina.
  • Participar en el control de aprovisionamiento, conservación y almacenamiento de mercancías.
  • Colaborar en pedidos y conservación de materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina.
  • Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente, como flambear, cortar, trinchar, cocinar, etc., a petición del chef.
  • Asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente durante su estancia.

Requisitos:

Experiencia de al menos 2 años en la posición ofertada, preferiblemente en restaurantes de alta gastronomía y/o de hoteles 5*. Formación en Cocina. Trabajo en equipo y cooperación. Simpatía, amabilidad y orientación al cliente a través de la excelencia.
