Tu misi\u00f3n principal ser\u00e1 elaborar, preparar y cocinar los platos de la oferta gastron\u00f3mica, siguiendo las pautas indicadas por el Jefe/a de Cocina.

**Funciones principales:**

- Participar en el control de aprovisionamiento, conservaci\u00f3n y almacenamiento de mercanc\u00edas.
- Realizar de manera cualificada, aut\u00f3noma y responsable la preparaci\u00f3n, aderezo y presentaci\u00f3n de platos, utilizando los recetarios definidos.
- Colaborar en pedidos y conservaci\u00f3n de materias primas y productos de uso en la cocina.
- Controlar el sobrante de alimentos al final de cada servicio.
- Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente como flambear, cortar, trinchar, cocinar, etc., a petici\u00f3n del chef.

**Requisitos:**

- Experiencia de al menos 2 a\u00f1os en la posi\u00f3n ofertada, preferiblemente en restaurantes de alta gastronom\u00eda y/o de hoteles 5*.
- Formaci\u00f3n en Cocina.
- Trabajo en equipo y cooperaci\u00f3n.
- Simpat\u00eda, amabilidad y orientaci\u00f3n al cliente a trav\u00e9s de la excelencia.
