Italian Language Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video Global Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of Italian-language content on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Apply your expertise in the Italian language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to our strict standards.
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across the organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
