About the Role

Circulum is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team as a subject matter expert in e-commerce. As a key member of our digital business team, you will be responsible for helping our clients understand their digital business using data, product categorization, digital investment, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in e-commerce at Circulum, providing guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Design digital measurement solutions according to business requirements from clients, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Identify areas for improvement in clients' digital assets and develop actionable proposals to increase performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI, UX, creative, development, SEO, and payment methods, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and validation of tag management and analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop ad-hoc proposals to potential clients, showcasing your expertise in e-commerce and digital business.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in e-commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing projects, preferably from a consultancy perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of testing and personalization tools, including Optimize, Optimizely, and VWO.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, such as Data Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Project management skills, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with a second language a plus, especially Italian.
  • Strong knowledge of main e-commerce platforms, including Magento, WooCommerce, and Prestashop.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with channel attribution tools.
