Senior IT Scrum Master

Criteo is seeking a Senior IT Scrum Master to join the Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Agile practices are understood and enacted across the team, and will work closely with other tribes to promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive business agility and improve team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain Agile metrics and dashboards to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate impediments to team progress.
- Contribute to the development of the Internal IT vision and strategy, and help to drive business outcomes through Agile delivery.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks.
- Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
- Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Awareness of technical practices, including Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
