As a key member of our Core Finance Monetize tribe, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Agile transformation of the Internal IT Department, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with the Core Finance Monetize tribe to develop and implement Agile frameworks and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate impediments to Agile adoption, ensuring the team's ability to deliver value to the business.
- Participate in the Scrum Master chapter, contributing to the development of Agile best practices and knowledge sharing.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks.
- Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
- Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies, from a theoretical and practical standpoint.
- Awareness of technical practices: Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, DevOps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience working with delivery teams in India.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
- Finance process knowledge or experience.
