We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Product Data Operations (PDO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the integrity of our online community by ensuring that all submitted content adheres to our established guidelines, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities:- Moderating content that ranges from mild to moderately sensitive.
- Keeping abreast of product updates and community standards.
- Evaluating comments, videos, and posts to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Addressing user account support inquiries and content-related reports.
- Delivering exceptional support to our user base.
- Utilizing market-specific insights to improve community engagement.
- Analyzing data to enhance user experience.
- Enforcing platform policies and managing abuse reports.
- Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and proposing effective solutions.
- Recognizing emerging trends and escalating issues that require further attention.
Essential Qualifications:- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
