Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement clear and executable strategic plans for logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations across our international business.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to support the current and future business needs of our international operations.
- Stock Accuracy: Oversee and ensure stock accuracy in all our warehouses, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure the smooth flow of stock from supplier to end-user.
- Stock Availability: Implement strategies to ensure stock security from theft and damage throughout the supply chain.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage costs, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets, ensuring the team provides and maintains metrics and analyzes data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with third-party providers to ensure utilization of services and goods to maximum effect and within budget.
