About the Role:
This is a pivotal position within our organization, reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager. As a Project Engineer: Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for leading projects to ensure that planning, timing, and budget targets are achieved. This will involve leading international multi-functional projects, driving process improvements, and exploring new technologies and process technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with various functions to ensure project success, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Process Improvement: Conduct engineering studies to identify areas for improvement, validate new processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering degree or equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
