About the Position

We seek a seasoned Development Director to partner with our Executive Director in shaping and driving all fundraising efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to enhance visibility and build key relationships
  • Maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of high-capacity institutional donors, with personalized engagement strategies for each
  • Identifying and researching new fundraising prospects, including institutional and family foundations
