Position: UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Board Professional Services team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining UX Board Best Practices and templates, and supporting customers in the field to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create user-centered dashboard designs by understanding business requirements, customer feedback, and capabilities of Board.
  2. Develop UX mockups and prototypes that clearly show how applications work and look like, and illustrate design concepts using sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness and performance.
  4. Collaborate with CS teams to propose and apply layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  5. Define and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  6. Participate in the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to completion, according to project needs.
  7. Support the Board Pre-sales Team during the preparation of a Proof of Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.
  8. Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills.
  9. Collaborate with CS teams, customer, and partner input to create original and unique graphic designs and templates.
  10. Develop Board Best Practice UX design principles.
  11. Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to identify future UX enhancements.
  12. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  13. Examine previous design feedback and briefs for new projects, and collaborate with the team.
  14. Identify and resolve UX issues, analyzing questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews, and using insights as input for design decisions.
  15. Propose user experience and interface with the user's needs in mind.
  16. Conduct observational research by observing the interactions of sample users with the product.
  17. Attend design and business strategy meetings and presentations.
  18. Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
  19. Prepare rough drafts and present to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  20. Work operatively on project activities.
  21. Support marketing in initiatives like events, conferences, job fairs, etc.
  22. Involved in Whitepaper creation.
