Key Responsibilities- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of beverage professionals
- Manage team productivity and operational expenses to ensure profitability
- Operations Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of beverage programs, menus, and promotions
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Service Excellence
- Ensure high-quality service that meets guest needs promptly and courteously
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction
- Financial Management
- Manage beverage costs, including purchasing, inventory, and labor expenses
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with beverage operations, including health and safety, food safety, and liquor licensing
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior beverage role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of beverage operations, including purchasing, inventory, and labor management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Education
- Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
