Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and motivated engineer dedicated to transforming innovative concepts into market-ready products while maintaining exceptional quality standards for existing offerings. You will collaborate with a team of experienced engineers focused on developing reliable and efficient miniature motion control systems, utilizing the latest tools and practices, alongside advanced wide bandgap power electronics.

The selected engineer will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and validation of the Servo Drive product line and custom solutions. A solid foundation in hardware skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of motion control technology, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain the hardware for Servo Drives.
  • Design new custom and standard Drives, including schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Conduct hands-on hardware board bring-up, system debugging, and optimization.
  • Enhance external documentation for Servo Drives products (Product manuals, Datasheets, etc.).
  • Refine internal documentation for Servo Drives products (Architecture, Detailed Design, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define Test and Verification Plans for Servo Drives products.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in electronic circuit design and assembly processes.
  • Background in electrical power applications.
  • Understanding of electromagnetic interference (EMI).
  • Familiarity with PCB/PCA manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in testing methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in Altium Designer.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

Travel Expectations

  • Occasional travel may be required for customer support and installation purposes.
