Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Operations Procurement Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our Regional Innovation Business Services (RiBS) department, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities for software vendors and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase Order Management:
    • Process purchase orders (create, modify, control, and follow up) according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and vendor specifics.
    • Understand, apply, and be aligned with vendor business licensing programs.
    • Monitor license confirmations and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Follow up on invoicing and resolve price discrepancies.
  • Internal Customer and Vendor Account Management:
    • Provide regular management information to internal and external stakeholders as required, ensuring data integrity.
    • Direct accountability for key metrics of specific vendor sets.
    • Identify, monitor, and resolve incidents.
  • Order Quality Analysis:
    • Provide analysis of order quality per vendor and country on a monthly basis.
    • Strive for improvements, e-commerce tool efficiency, and drive changes for assigned accounts.
  • Coordination with Other Areas/Departments:
    • Coordinate with local teams and other RiBS departments to ensure proper process performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Own and manage ad-hoc projects as defined by the Software Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).
    • Proficient MS Office user (mainly MS Excel).
    • Strong purchasing management and controlling skills with ability to understand and resolve problems.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
    • Analytical, organized, with ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities and maintain focus.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Proactive and self-motivated.
    • Effective team work with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving.
    • Adaptation to a changing environment.
    • Flexibility on working hours.
