Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Workforce Optimization to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term forecasting models, capacity planning, and short-term forecasting with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term forecasting models, capacity planning, and short-term forecasting with a high level of accuracy
  • Create staffing forecasts and schedules for emerging markets on a monthly basis
  • Develop narratives and advise leaders of changes in the business and performance
  • Constantly evaluate and challenge current WFM strategies to contribute to global best practice for WFM

Requirements

  • 5+ years of robust, relevant WFM experience in budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, and performance analysis in EMEA markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with workforce planning and optimization tools and technologies
