About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Country Head - Spain/Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and managing a high-performing local team
- Driving business development initiatives in the region
- Working cross-functionally with our global tech team to elevate our product
- Developing and executing strategies and annual work plans for the local team
- Managing local market relationships with key companies from the e-commerce ecosystem
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of professional experience in e-commerce
- Relevant experience in the region (marketplaces, e-shops, e-commerce SaaS solutions, fulfillment providers, shipping automation companies)
- Great understanding of market conditions and industry trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
- Comfort with customer relationship management
- Team player with a passion for learning
