About the Role

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to delivering expert, sustainable solutions that make a positive impact for our customers, employees, and the planet. As a Physical Security Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain various security systems related to physical security in Iron Mountain Data Centers.
  • Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
  • Provide operational support for physical security systems and peripheral equipment.
  • Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems.
  • Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
Requirements

You'll need to have intermediate IT and Network concepts understanding to contribute to successful project completions. Additionally, you'll interact globally with manufacturers and vendors to support service and project execution.
