We are seeking a skilled PR and events professional to elevate our corporate brand to the next level.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for an international education enthusiast who is passionate about higher education and has a strong background in PR and communications.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive strategic PR plan, organize and execute media activities, and promote our brand to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing a strategic PR plan to elevate our corporate brand
  2. Organizing and executing media activities, including press releases, interviews, and events
  3. Promoting our brand to ensure alignment with our strategic goals
  4. Identifying opportunities to boost our reputation in local, international, and higher education media
  5. Managing media requests and overseeing media relations
  6. Researching and developing engaging proposals for industry trade shows and awards
  7. Creating thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and reports
  8. Organizing and planning B2B events and trade show exhibitions
  9. Building global awareness of our corporate brand across social media
  10. Advising and supporting employees on digital communications and social media
  11. Nurturing and supporting the development of an internal network of subject matter experts and keynote speakers
  12. Liaising with third-party providers and media agencies
  13. Working closely with the Corporate Marketing team to ensure all communications meet our strategic objectives

Requirements:

  1. PR experience is essential, preferably with media pitching experience
  2. Experience working in higher education marketing or as a past international student/study abroad student combined with PR/communications background
  3. Commercially driven and business-minded, comfortable with using data and insights
  4. Flexible working hours due to the nature of the role, quick turnarounds on tight deadlines may be required during some periods
  5. Native English proficiency, both written and verbal
