- Best Practices: Adhere to established best practices and procedures for claims handling, ensuring that all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Internal Development: Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Quality of Service: Provide high-quality service to clients, ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Language Skills: Native/Bilingual in German and/or Dutch, Advanced level in English (C1).
- Technical Skills: Advanced/Intermediate level Excel skills, MS Office knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
- Experience: Previous claims handling experience or customer service experience combined with strong Excel skills.
