Job Description

Job Title: Product Management Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to join our team at Tagetik Software S.R.L. as a Product Manager for our Extended Planning offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with our company's priorities and meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Office of CFO and the Extended Planning market, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our company's priorities and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing, to deliver product features and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
  • Work with the Pre-Sales team to deliver demos and presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Develop and implement a product strategy that drives growth and revenue for our company.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) market.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Office of CFO and the Extended Planning market, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBASynthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan.Work within a global matrix organizational structure.Able to work within a global cultural team with a collaborative style and experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and the daily operations of the business while on the work that is most critical to success.Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service in an efficient and economically way.Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in English language including executive presentations to the most senior organization levels.Knowledge of agile methodologies.
