Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring products contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead market analysis, identifying business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing success in the market.
- Define the short-term and medium-term roadmap, translating strategy into action, and coordinate resources to ensure delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and drive product improvements.
- Partner with the pre-sales team to build a Field Engagement plan, maximizing efficiency and coordinating team members to reach P&L objectives.
- Proven track record (10+ years) in product management at a software company, driving business success.
- Experience in sustainability, knowledge of supply chains and procurement is desired but not required.
- Expertise in product strategy and product development, with comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features, and benefits.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Data analysis and metrics creation, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems.
- Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles.
