Role OverviewWe are seeking an informed and impartial professional to help our clients reach their goals through the design and execution of strategic M&A in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) space.
We provide expert advice to large and mid-sized clients in the FIG space, designing and executing strategic M&A solutions and acting as a trusted partner. Our deep understanding of financial markets, high volume of transactions, and unrivalled network of specialists in 40 countries provide clients with a comprehensive perspective to achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the FIG industry to support marketing initiatives, leveraging various sources of information.
- Contribute to pitch books through ad-hoc analysis.
- Update industry databases and credentials.
- Develop and maintain financial models with support from colleagues.
- Apply valuation techniques to support client advice.
- Draft sales documentation, including Information Memorandums and prospectuses.
- Support the team in coordinating the transaction process internally and with other advisers.
- Bachelor's Degree with high qualifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a financial services organization in the FIG space.
- Exposure to fundamental financial principles and experience applying them.
- Effective relationship building skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuade others.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience overcoming setbacks to deliver results.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Aptitude for ongoing personal and professional development.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory environments in the FIG industry.
- Spanish as a first language or very advanced Spanish skills.
