Descripció de l'oferta: Buscamos un Tècnic/A Project Manager amb experiència en la gestió de projectes immobiliaris i postvenda en una empresa constructora o promotora estable amb més de 50 anys d'experiència en el sector de la construcció.

Funcions i requisits de la vacant:

  • Gestió tècnica de la promoció immobiliària residencial: Assistència al departament tècnic en la gestió tècnica de la promoció immobiliària residencial, des de l'estudi de la viabilitat del producte, desenvolupament del Projecte Bàsic i Executiu, seguiment i gestió de l'execució de l'obra fins a l'entrega del producte acabat.
  • Gestió de la postvenda: Responsable de la gestió de la postvenda, gestionant, controlant i donant resposta a una correcta postvenda, des de l'entrega al client del producte immobiliari, recepció d'incidències, visita al client, trasllat d'incidències a Constructora, seguiment i donant resposta fins a la resolució i tancament final de la postvenda.

Requisits:

  • Títol d'Arquitecte Tècnic: És imprescindible.
  • Nivell natiu de Català i Espanyol: És imprescindible.
  • Coneixements informàtics: Coneixements de OUice-Autocad.
  • Carnet de conduir i vehicle propi: És valorable.
